When can I expect delivery?
Orders are processed immediately. We ship from several locations in the United States. You can expect to receive your feel within 5 days of ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer free shipping for standard 3-5 day shipping and expedited 2-day shipping. Expedited shipping charges depend on the number of cases ordered.
You will get a tracking number (via email) as soon as your order ships. Email addresses are required to place an order. For questions about the status of your feels, please shoot us a note at [email protected]
Why hasn’t my package arrived?
We would start by asking your neighbors if they grabbed your feels. If that fails, then shoot us an email at [email protected] We’ll launch a full-scale investigation into your missing feels, and probably send out another order. However, when a package is delivered, our shipping policy is to take a picture of the drop off location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. It’s the default shipping method. We only ship/deliver/sell our products in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, all Americans need a feel.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We thought about this question for a while. Let the race begin. If you can contact us before we send it out, we can accommodate most requests. Please include your order number. If it’s a subscription, you can manage your subscriptions in your account page.
What if my feels are hurt?
If your feels shows up damaged, in any way, we’ll send out a replacement. Please include a photo of the damage.
And if I want a refund?
You can’t have one unless you’re unsatisfied with the quality of our feel. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days, and we will process a refund or send a replacement if there is a defect.
